The owner reached out to me to rectify the issue. He did swap out my shocks at no charge. There's not much of a difference from before but I do appreciate the fact that he reached out to me immediately and without hesitation offered to swap out the shocks. He seems like he does want to do right by his customers.

It''s the best place to take your car in my opinion. Check them out everyone.Luis is awesome and I would travel from a far to get great service. I had some bad experiences with my car and they took care of me. This place should get a 5 star because I never experienced anything like this at a repair shop. It's it's time to go back almost. I highly recommend KlM.
