I used to be a regular, loved the Spanish guy at the reception he was warm and very professional and could multitask along with being bilingual he deserves a raise and promotions. They changed the guy and now it's not the same level of customer service but still not a bad place to go. It just depends on which person you get to service you when you go there.

So Saturday morning I get up gonna go get some creamer for my coffee when the check engine light comes on in my car. I so don't need this right now and I have to admit I am a little unnerved. So I google mechanics and find KLM. I headed straight for them. Upon entering I was greeted by someone I found out later to be Luis he was very pleasant and greeted me with a big smile. He asked if I had gone to autozone or one of those places to check the code. I stated I had not because I needed it fixed. He said no problem grabbed his meter and headed for my car. It took about 30 seconds for him to tell me what was wrong with my car. It's the catalytic converter but it's under warranty. Now here is where it gets great....no no no I stated it's not this car has no warranty. Now he could have said no problem just pull it in and we can fix it but he didn't he went on to tell me that under federal law the dealer has to fix it if it's under 8 years old or 80,000 miles and my car is both. He also said it's about a 1700.00 repair job...that's when I almost fainted. He caught me. He told me to take it to the dealer and that's what I did and got it fixed for free but if I have any other issues I know exactly where to take my car KLM and Luis because he is honest. I am telling everybody I know KLM IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!!!

KLM represents the standard of A+ service!! From the moment I spoke with Louis I felt my car was in good hands, Louis and his staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I know very little about cars but Louis made me feel comfortable in what he was telling me what was wrong with my vehicle and I didn't feel as though I being ripped off. KLM I thank you for servicing my car and providing me with a sense of comfort.

First I want to say that I am in Pennsylvania and had to handle this transaction over the phone. The car repaired was my daughters. She has no knowledge of car repairs and I was worried about her being taken advantage of. I contacted KLM because of the good reviews they had online. My daughter had taken the car to Pep Boys first and when she told me they gave her a $3500 repair estimate, I told her to get the car out of there. I have over 20 years in the automobile business. I contacted KLM and spoke with a service advisor named Louis. I explained my situation to Louis and felt comfortable after our first conversation. Not only did KLM save me over $2500, but Louis was professional and courteous through out the entire process.. He understood my concerns and made me feel like I could trust him with my daughters safety. Car is running great, my daughter is happy and KLM will have a repeat customer. Louis deserves praise from his employers. They are lucky to have him!

Brought my Nissan Maxima to get a Check over, I was aware of the oil pan gasket leaking, was expecting to spend the money to get it fix, came to find out that it was a simple fix, and was not the pan gasket. KLM AUTO CENTER GUYS took they're time and really put effort to get the vehicle fix and save me money..I had a great feeling about this guys when I walked in the facility, GOOD JOB KLM will defetnely referred all friends and family.

Came in for emissions test. Lighter fuse blown. Charge to replace fuse 50.00. Went down the street to another place. Replaced fuse free of charge. Emissions test complete. KLM is a rip off.
