Thanks, John for your response. We appreciate customers taking the time to share their honest experience at KLM Auto Center, instead of sharing untruthful experiences. We do surveillance our shop and Mr. John drove his own vehicle off our premise instead of waiting on the tow truck company. The tow company arrived several minutes later only to find the vehicle and Mr. John no longer at our facility. We did give Mr. John an estimate of his car repairs and provided our professional advise letting him know his repairs were worth more than the vehicle. He did agree and stated he would park the vehicle and not fix the repairs that were needed. We thrive on providing our customers with the best options for their vehicles and stand behind our work.
