My check engine starting flashing & my car was shaking. I did some research & figured that I may need a tune up. I found KLM on Yelp. The shop had great reviews on both Yelp & Google. So, I decided to get a quote. I emailed back & forth with someone at the shop. Then, called in a few days later to see if they could look at my car if I had it towed to the shop. I spoke with Jay. He was really cool & advised me that it would be no problem to have the car looked at. I arranged the tow and crossed my fingers that things would work out (I've had some pretty horrible experiences with mechanics since moving to ATL). Anyway, later that day (about an hour after the shop was supposed to close) I got a call from Luis. I was surprised that he called, but super happy that he stayed late to check my car out! He told me what the issue was, told me he could have it fixed by lunch time the next day, and even offered to send the shuttle to pick me up once the repairs were done. Now, that's what I call service!!! I was so pleased! The young lady that picked me up was really cool & personable! We had a great convo on the way back to the shop. Once we arrived, Luis was there to greet me. He was even nicer in person! My repairs were not cheap, but I didn't mind paying for what I believe is quality work & excellent customer service!

The service I received from KLM was nothing less than outstanding. Most establishments strive to give their customers excellence and quality service. However, KLM (Luis) operates with integrity (honest, straightforward, and trustworthy), the foundation of obtaining excellence and quality service. Therefore in the future, I have no problem sending my wife or my daughter to KLM by themselves. Thank you Luis!!

This is the place you should go to for ALL your vehicle needs. The customer service is exemplary! I was able to see this in person during my last visit. There was a customer that was not satisfied with the price of the work that had been completed. I'm not sure how because they make sure to give you all prices up front BEFORE they work on your vehicle. So basically she was just trying not to pay the quoted price, which is very sad. But Luis stepped up to the plate and spoke to her and made sure the customer was satisfied. The customer is NOT always right!! All the staff are knowledgeable and explain any issues in great detail and don't deserve to be shortchanged.
