The customer service was excellent as well as the servicing of my vehicle. I feel that they took the time to discuss my vehicle with me and address the issues, concerns, and questions that I had without making me feel foolish for asking the questions. I do appreciate that.

This is my second time at the shop, and each time, I find myself feeling comfortable and confident that these guys are honest and capable. Their communication electronics are very helpful and efficient. I intend to continue using the shop for many years.

KLM Auto Center is where I take my 2016 Honda Accord for all my repairs. Within the last year I’ve had my brakes and rotors changed, my battery replaced, and my starter replaced. I’m always pleased that the work is done properly and in a timely manner. Thank you KLM for the great service.

Those boys at KLM got me right and back rolling. I have to commend them for doing exceptional job and service in trouble shooting and diagnosing my issues.... all in all Luis told me they would get me straight and that's exactly what they did. Kudos gents for the service.

On second thought after a few days of driving my check engine light came back on with more codes. 1) It looks like my catalytic converters where not replaced correctly and are not bolted flush with the engine, 2) my windshield wiper fluid dispenser on the hud was broken and the hoses not replaced correctly
