When I was desperate to get the AC fixed on my vehicle, KLM went above & beyond by trying to save me money and replace only what was absolutely needed and cleaning out as much as possible. I couldn't have asked for better service! I even took my daughter's car in to figure out how to keep it road worthy and they were honest about what needed to be done, giving us the opportunity to decide if it was worth fixing or getting a new vehicle. I would highly recommend KLM to anyone who needs an honest company that they could trust.

I have gone here twice based on the reviews and this being near my job. As a woman going to a mechanic, it can feel uncomfortable because you feel you could be taken advantage of. From start to finish Luis was personable and honest. He always tries to find the cheaper option but gives me recommendations but won't gauge me. I do not live near the shop but would travel just to bring my car to him because they are so good. I truly trust him him and will keep going back.
