My car is older; I have always taken it to the dealership for repair and I have no desire to purchase a new one at this time. KLM was recommended to me by a friend. They took great care in determining what was wrong with my vehicle and not just going by what “google search” diagnostics recommended. I like the fact they were willing to talk And listen to me, a woman, and not just take my money. I am in need of new shocks, so I will definitely will be returning. FindOmg someone to trust with your baby and your wallet is challenging, but KLM is working in the right direction for me.

Needing to get my car serviced and not knowing where to go ESPECIALLY who to TRUST. I was referred to KLM, but let me start by saying I AM NOT THAT TRUSTING AT ALL!!!!!!! when it come to my car and mechanics but after getting it serviced and talking with Louis someone who was honest and forthcoming with what I needed done I was put more at ease. From in the office I was watching like a hawk and afterwards did inspect what was done and I MUST SAY I'm very happy with my service. They actually did what they said they would do and the price was also on POINT. I really think I have found a new home for my cars every need. I needed an Emission test done, and the service was excellent, and the personnel were so nice, cheerful, and PROFESSIONAL! The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I felt confident that I was in good hands!
