I work long hours during the week days so I had to bring my car in on a Saturday. I met with the receptionist Carly at the shop. She was knowledgeable and customer friendly. Later I spoke with Luis on the phone and he gave me an analysis of my car issues. I appreciated that he explained the issue in a simple way even though the repair required an holistic approach. He advised me what repairs needed to be done and why. He also explained what was a priority and why. He corrected the issue that was the top priority and got me back on the road. Even though he was gone when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, he left a detailed list of the repairs that needed to be done in order of priority. I appreciated his time and effort. I will continue to utilize his business.

I'm in a very melancholy mood I recently experienced a young death in my family. the manager there or the person at the desk is very polite he explained a lot of details to me and said the time that it would be taken so I decided to stay and I had a seat in less than a couple minutes going by my car was pulled in fully serviced in my transmission and then also they came to discuss details of the wear and tear on my vehicle which I did not know I was glad of the prices and my car runs good I'm so grateful that I was recommended to them so I will also recommend others thank you for your quick service at detail work cheers Miss Barbara

Great customer service and wonderful experience. Went in for an oil cahnge on a Saturday morning at 8am and was out by 8:30am. Fast and friendly service!!!!

All I can say is WOW! I've finally found a repair shop that's going to be MY repair shop from now on. Luis and his staff at KLM Auto Center are amazing. They are so friendly, prompt, professional, and accommodating. Not to mention very reasonable. Had my Maxima towed in on Tuesday around noon for a bad water pump that leaked coolant into the oil (dreaded milkshake sludge) and it was done early in the day Wednesday. Luis called me and let me know how everything went and also asked for permission before flushing the engine of all of that sludge and refilling coolant along with engine oil plus new filter. They even allowed me to keep the car there until I got paid on Friday at no extra charge or fuss. And... they answer the phone people. It still boggles my mind how businesses expect to be a business while not answering the phone or calling back. But anyway, you have to use KLM for all of your vehicle needs because you will not regret it. Many thanks to you again KLM!!
