I used to come to this place for the $10 Emissions Test, but now they charge $20 for the service. I won't be a returning customer, especially after my recent experience. I got the Emissions test done and the man cut my gas cap off my car. The sad part is that he didn't even tell me that he cut it off. I found out when I went to go pump gas and noticed that I was holding a gas cap in my hand. When I called them to notify them of the issue, the Lewis guy said, "Well, what year is your car?" I'm trying to figure what does that have to do with anything???? He then tells me my car is 10 years old and gas caps break off all the time. However, I came to your shop for an Emissions test and and if he destroyed something on my vehicle, he should have notified me. Prime example of men taking advantage of women in the auto industry. He gave me a new gas cap, but told me he couldn't put the new one on because it was a liability on their end and he would have to pay a mechanic to do so. SMDH, ridiculous. Your employee's negligence put me in this situation, so you should of have made it your business to put the new one on. Thank you for the gas cap, BUT no thank you for the service. Food for thought, the year of my car has NOTHING to do with my gas cap being cut off my car! The tether is too strong to just break off. I didn't have an issue until I came to your shop! Know better, do better.

Luis is a kind and honest man. My car was taking a long time to crank up, and my battery was only a year old. Fearing it could be an alternator or starter, I wanted to take it to someone who is honest. Turns out the battery was bad and he quickly fixed it. He told me it was under warranty, but I didn’t have time to take it back to the original repair place. He could have told me it was the alternator, charged me a lot, and I never would have known. However, he was honest and did the right thing.
