Today was my first visit. I needed an emissions test. Price was good, staff was knowledgeable, and my visit was about ten minutes.

Needing to get my car serviced and not knowing where to go ESPECIALLY who to TRUST. I was referred to KLM, but let me start by saying I AM NOT THAT TRUSTING AT ALL!!!!!!! when it come to my car and mechanics but after getting it serviced and talking with Louis someone who was honest and forthcoming with what I needed done I was put more at ease. From in the office I was watching like a hawk and afterwards did inspect what was done and I MUST SAY I'm very happy with my service. They actually did what they said they would do and the price was also on POINT. I really think I have found a new home for my cars every need. This auto shop is good as long as you don't require troubleshooting. I would classify this place a part swappers which is good because you can bring your own parts. If you have a complicated issue the dealership maybe slightly more but they will diagnose the problem more efficiently and you won't have to come back. At least this is my experience.
