Going to a car mechanic is always terrifying especially if you’re like me and have ZERO knowledge about what’s going on. Luis explains what the issues are and fixes it in a timely manner. I used to live in Marietta and moved to Acworth and will continue to use Luis & KLM for any issues that may arise with my car! Highly recommend!

At KLM I get a detailed explanation of what my issue is and upfront fair pricing. On my last trip there, they were able to quickly diagnose an issue with my wife’s car regarding her check engine light and sputtering on start up. They fixed the car and even had it cleaned when I picked it up. A couple of days later Luis followed up to see how things were going. Just top notch professionalism and it’s why I have been coming to Luis and KLM for years.

Luis and his team do an outstanding job and are the honest mechanic I have been seeking for some time. He and the team are enthusiastic about your business, attempt to save you money(and do), and have a customer service focus that you don't get at franchise repair places. What a difference an owner-operated business makes. Compared to the place i was using, Luis was substantially less expensive and a big contrast to the grunts and sense of 'doing me a favor' I got from the previous mechanic at Honest 1.
