I work long hours during the week days so I had to bring my car in on a Saturday. I met with the receptionist Carly at the shop. She was knowledgeable and customer friendly. Later I spoke with Luis on the phone and he gave me an analysis of my car issues. I appreciated that he explained the issue in a simple way even though the repair required an holistic approach. He advised me what repairs needed to be done and why. He also explained what was a priority and why. He corrected the issue that was the top priority and got me back on the road. Even though he was gone when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, he left a detailed list of the repairs that needed to be done in order of priority. I appreciated his time and effort. I will continue to utilize his business.
