I really had a great time when I visited here. They seemed full when I got there but to me that’s not a bad thing. It shows me that I am a place that I need to be. I rather entrust my vehicle with a business who receives businesses; not to an empty place of business. I may not know the reason of it being empty but first impression tells a lot. We are emotionally driven creatures and when I see a empty business my mind jumps to there may be a good reason why it is empty. It doesn’t go to perhaps it’s probably have to do with Covid-19; no it goes to perhaps the business isn’t all that great. Meaning, they may not be as great of a mechanic and people must be steering away from this business. Well there are other places that gets business but one thing that separates them is even though it may be awhile to get to your car but they make you, the customer the one to make the decision in staying or coming back the next day. Here al KLM that isn’t so. Like I’ve said they place you in charge in making decisions of wanting to stay or coming back another time. Many times coming back isn’t the option and we don’t want to hear that. Packed house doesn’t mean they’re not practicing social distancing either. I like the seating arrangements they made where you are far from other people so no need to fear about COVID-19 when you come here. Every worker has on a face mask so you’re perfectly safe here. They’re professional and know what they’re doing and they make you feel welcomed and at home when you’re there. And most importantly they know what they’re doing and that’s the bottom line. That’s why I am fully 100% confident in entrusting my vehicle in the hands of KLM. So if you’re like me and wanting to go to a place that gets business and know what they’re doing, head on down to KLM they make you feel that you have made the right choice. They also do a car inspection so if you need to get it inspect before you purchase a used car they are the place you need to do business with.
