RESPECT & APPRECIATION to Luis & associates. I needed my exhaust manifold changed on my G37. Luis helped me find the cheapest price for my parts. They fixed the driver side and called me to pick it up. I had my emissions test done at KLM but I still couldn’t pass. After driving to reset everything it still failed. Come to find out both manifolds needed to be changed. I took my car back to them with my own parts again. Luis called to inform me I bought the wrong part (oops). I shopped around took the part there the next day and they fixed it. Not only did they fix it but they didn’t move me to the back of the line. There were other cars waiting but Luis trusted my word when I said I would be there early the next morning (insert tear drop). After all that the emissions guy was like you might as well see if it’ll pass before driving 50 or so miles to reset the computer. He ran the emissions and I passed !!! Mind you at this point I was past due on my renewal by almost one year. I immediately went to the tag office. Oh the drama!!! Moral of the story folks: don’t be cheap and put unleaded fuel in your car when the manufacturers say premium only. Also, if you need quality repairs with trustworthy ppl who save you $ go see Luis at KLM Auto. 🏆 - T. Carter
