It is unfortunate that it took so long for me to discover KLM; I could have saved myself plenty of money and effort. I went in expecting the worse when my transmission died. Everybody I interacted with in person and over the phone were incredibly helpful and proactive. Louis especially stood out. He worked with me on the timeline to pick up my car. When I went to pay for the repairs, it ended up being lower than my quote, and they didn't even mention that they had saved me some money. I have other work that needs to be done, but they didn't pressure me into letting them do the work right now. I will however, be returning to them with my next paycheck because I cannot believe that anyone else will be able to do a cheaper, better, or more professional job than them. Go somewhere else if you like hastles or you hate money.

I always trust that at KLM they will tell me the truth about what’s wrong with my vehicles.

Such a pleasant & Awesome experience at KLM I came in for a tune up on my Kia Rio I was told my car would be ready today around 3:30 it was done 1hr earlier. My car had several engine codes but no worries here they were professional knowledgeable and super friendly and eager to get me back on the road. The customer service was refreshing very polite and informative I even got a hug from one of the mechanics they were also very affordable which I appreciate because cars and maintenance can get really pricey. I NEVER leave reviews but my experience was so good that I felt the need to review here on google and Yelp. Thank you gentlemen for your service I will be back for all of my maintenance work including oil changes and I will tell all of my friends to come as well.

I’ve been using KLM for the last 3 years and I have NEVER had a bad experience! The moment you walk in the door you feel like you’re family! Going to a car mechanic is always terrifying especially if you’re like me and have ZERO knowledge about what’s going on. Luis explains what the issues are and fixes it in a timely manner. I used to live in Marietta and moved to Acworth and will continue to use Luis & KLM for any issues that may arise with my car! Highly recommend!
