We've been using KLM services for over 10 years. They are professional, your car is finished in a timely manner, their are fair in the pricing, but above all we find them to be honest and that today is a rare commodity. We have always been satisfied with their service, and we very much like the friendly atmosphere, they're good folks.

I was waited on almost immediately; I thought I'd be there forever because the parking lot was full, but they got to my vehicle just a few minutes after I arrived, and they were done in pretty much exactly the amount of time they said. Everyone was very professional and they did a good job. Their pre-purchase check, though a little high at $130, saved me from buying a vehicle that would have cost me more than I paid for the vehicle. I appreciated the concern and friendliness of the man who I assume is the manager in helping me avoid a costly mistake.

From oil changes to body work my experience at KLM is always fantastic. They explain everything well and it always feels like they’re doing their best. The employees are kind and helpful especially Luis! The place is clean and they work as fast as they can to get things done. If you want reliable honest people to help with your car then this is it.

I moved into the area a few years ago and have been looking for a mechanic that is honest and competent to work on my 2 cars. I think I have found one. The repair on my 2003 Mustang was done quickly and to my satisfaction. I have some other work that needs to be done and I will be back to KLM. Luis and his office staff were very friendly. Luis even offered to help me with my other car that wouldn't start.
