Service was great. The repair fixed my problem. Everyone working here was friendly, courteous, and very professional. If I have another problem I will be back here also plan on getting routine maintenance done here.

Great service as usual from Louis and his staff. Been using KLM for my Mercedes E-350 for some years now and I see a continual improvement in the shop and service. Highly recommend.

When looking for a newer used car, I took it to Luis to get pre inspected. It was an incredible experience and he pointed out some things that gave me a lot of negotiating power. I highly recommend these guys. Luis was super kind and a really funny guy. They were willing to wait for me even though I was running late and it was the end of the day. I will come back here everytime for a pre-purchase inspection and will come here for repairs. Carly was super nice and efficient. She had a consistent smile on her face which is awesome!
