Excellent. Only negative was $20 tire rotation that I inquired about. Other than that showed up out of the blue at 8:15am and was out the door by 9:30am. Came in for basic oil change. I believe that Gus was my mechanic. Got a little nervous too see him come back n forth 5 times. Now I know at least one of those times was updates on my vehicle. Car needs some work. But as we know most just get you in and out. I plan on being a long-term customer. Thx Guys

I needed my car earlier than what we agreed on and I called them and asked how long it would take, and they said longer than what I had time for, I, therefore, explained my situation and my car was ready 15 minutes later! I have recommended all my friends with car trouble to go to this place.

Very helpful affordable price rates and staff is friendly and professional.

Respectful, friendly knowledgeable staff. Went to get brakes, rotors and calipers repaired. A little on the high side ( using factory parts). Purchased my own parts and used KLM for the install. Equally respectful and helpful throughout the process.

the Staff were very friendly, plus they explain what was going to take place and got the ok from my warranty company right away and was able to fix the problem in two days. And that was only because I brought the car in at 4pm. I will make KLM my repair shop from now on.
