The Staff was Great! Very friendly. Moving forward KLM will be my repair shop

the Staff were very friendly, plus they explain what was going to take place and got the ok from my warranty company right away and was able to fix the problem in two days. And that was only because I brought the car in at 4pm. I will make KLM my repair shop from now on.
