Great staff! First time visitor! Louis was very communicative and helpful during the whole process! Which is very cool after dealing with a dealership that gave me nothing but a headache. I think KLM even shined up my tires after they finished inspecting my car…it’s the small things that win over a customer. I will be back!

I love KLM Auto. When you find an extremely knowledgeable mechanic like Luis and his team, you hold on to them for dear life. They have serviced my cars including the two Mercedes we owned previously for nearly a decade. They’re honest, quick, responsive and very reasonably priced. I consider Luis an extension of my family now, that’s how much he’s proven trustworthy!
