Wow!! Can I just say what a blessing these guys were! We have been looking for a used, dependable first time vehicle for our college bound daughter. I drove over an hour away to test drive a 2010 Honda Civic at a dealership in the area. I have been doing tons of research on my own and this was the first vehicle that seemed like a potential purchase. I negotiated the "out the door" price with the dealership and when my first choice for a PPI wasn't confirmed, I looked online for mechanics in the area with outstanding reviews. The first one was unavailable until the following week, second one was busy and had to call me back, then I called KLM. They said they could do a PPI if I came right away with the vehicle. Clean waiting area, courteous staff, and we were able to enjoy our pizza delivery lunch while we waited. It took about 2.5 hours but that was well worth it because Gus took the time to show me parts and explain normal wear and tear on this vehicle along with unfortunately the headache/nightmare that could have occurred if we had not taken it to them for a PPI. Well worth the cost of a PPI because these guys were super thorough and even printed out line by line repairs with estimates. Carly was super kind as well when it was time to check out. Bottom line- the $130 I spent for the inspection was worth avoiding the $4,300 in repairs (majority were safety concerns and needed to be performed immediately) that we might have had to pay on top of the purchase price for the vehicle from the dealership. Needless to say, we passed on the vehicle (and this dealership for any other considerations) and I drove 85 mins home thanking God for guiding me to KLM. Too bad we live south of the airport, otherwise they would be my new go to for all our vehicles.

I'm sold, this ship is full of honest, hard workers. They told me my batteries were low during a tune-uo, and I didn't believe. The batteries were new. But after the van died and the alternator stopped working, they helped me install my own parts, and took the time to diagnose the root cause, a bad relay, and then waited while I got a new battery through the warranty. Now I'm a believer. KLM does great work at a reasonable price.

Had lots of problems with it mechanical issues now cable and it's still leaking oil,

Hello thanks for the post on google, per the conversation 1 month ago.. other repairs needed to repair gasket with oil leak 3 different area of the engine, is impossible to fix 1 leak and not try to repair other engine gasket, leak will still be there till item are all repairs.. not sure on the cable but will love to help all around again.

Thank you Luis, Gus and the entire KLM team! Another painless trip to the shop! New rotors, brakes and a oil change has my truck running great again. In addition, I needed go home so Luis provided a ride to and from the shop. KLM’s customer service far exceeds any other shop in the area. Give them your business because they will take care of you.
