Came in to get my front rotors replaced and they were very quick and helpful. Luis answered all of my questions and provided a sneaker analogy to help me understand better lol. Will be coming back soon for some other repairs. Thanks guys

Had my low pressure indicator light come on and it stayed on even after the tires were inflated to the correct pressure. Made an appointment with KLM thru CarMax and the problem was just a simple calibration issue. Callie at the front desk took care of me and I was there less than an hour while the issue was fixed. Only charged me $15.00 where if I had taken it to the dealer, I would have probably been charged $100 for a simple fix. I have been using KLM for 2 to 3 years now and very impressed with the service they provide. I took my Moms 2007 Honda Accord for an oil change. Louis took care of me that day and said the oil still had 80% life left before the next oil change. Very fair and transparent and that left an impression on me. If I had taken it elsewhere, they probably would have done the oil change anyway to make a quick buck. KLM does great work and is fair in their pricing. I will continue to use KLM as my auto mechanic shop.

Had an issue in late June with my horn not working and was worried about going out of town without a functioning horn. KLM fixed it quickly and at what I assume was a reasonable price since I did not do any comparison shopping. My car is a Volvo and I'm used to repairs being difficult time consuming and expensive . After about a month, I realized the horn was once again not working. Returned to KLM and they replaced the malfunctioning part under warranty and things have been fine since then. They are very pleasant to work with and I would use them again if needed. Just hope that I won't need them anytime soon!

Quick and easy headlight assembly install.

Hey thank you for leaving us the review on Google. Thanks sometimes headlight installation are pretty easy to do what do I hear all the time, but yes we do everything from body work headlights are detail clean up car washes oil changes anything related to a vehicle.
