Luis, the owner, explained the diagnostic process in plain language, and they had my issue fixed the next day. Fair price and quick service. Highly recommend KLM Auto!

I scraped the side of my front fender on my new Sportage on day two of ownership. I was crushed. Mike McCoy in the service department bent over backwards to find a subcontractor who would come in and paint that small section for me. We had a delay because of poor weather conditions, but everything went great Once that was resolved. Mike never let go of my problem and his communication was excellent. I will look forward to working with them as servicing comes up with my car. Thank you, Mike!
