Hello Andrea, I do apologize for how you felt regarding your visit to the shop and your claim of being overcharge (which was not the case). We understand your concerns and we would like for you to contact us so we can discuss with you how your warranty company works regarding your situation. The WARRANTY company ONLY pays for the part that FAIL, not the other parts that are needed such as any type of FLUIDS or OILs of any type. The conversations on your last visit which was discussed with YOU and LUIS to save you and your husband MONEY, where LUIS decided to allow for YOU AND YOUR HUSBAND to bring in your own parts to the shop, to finish fixing HIS TRUCK. We understand times are hard, and not everyone has money set aside for vehicle repairs, but we try to go the extra mile to allowed customer to bring in parts in some cases like yours to save them some money.
