Took my car to them when it suddenly lost power and I had to drive slowly to get there, as well as having no heat coming out of the heater which meant no defroster. It was on a Thursday and since they were busy, had to leave it there over the weekend before they could look at it this week. I suspected it was because they are good that they were busy. They diagnosed a problem with the cooling system as well as the source of an oil leak that’s been going on for some time and fixed both, as well as letting me know about a problem with the front suspension which I will wait to get fixed. They are close to where I live and I plan on going back to them for regular car care. Added later to this review: The mechanic spoke to me on the phone to tell me about and ask to approve the needed repairs. During that conversation he told me about problems with the cooling system and asked if anyone had mentioned it where I’d taken my car before, and they hadn’t. The repairs were pricey, but for the first time since gaining ownership a few years ago, the engine fan doesn’t continue to run when I turn the car off. It was a problem because as long as that fan runs (usually for at least a couple of minutes before), the key remote cannot be used to do anything. That no longer happens! I get out of the car and the engine fan doesn’t continue to run, which means it’s easy to remotely lock the car and open the trunk right away instead of having to wait for the fan to stop. I am belatedly grateful that they found and fixed this. As I said previously, I plan on going back to them for all my car care in the future!
Thank you sir we appreciate your feedback.
