Getting an oil change for my older model BMW generally requires an advance appointment with a drop off or a lengthy wait. See the shop from the roadway I stopped to schedule an oil change. To my surprise I was immediately accommodated after the moved a few things around. The oil change was professionally completed and I also receive a safety inspection highlighting areas to review. This was not a repair "sales job". Trusted, efficient and honesty requires a five star rating.

This is my second time working with KLM Auto. I’ve used a mobile mechanic for several years who had to retire a couple years back. Having a car with high miles I anticipated repairs would come up which made me uneasy since I no longer had a reliable affordable mechanic. The only option I had was the dealership which as we all know can be very expensive. A few days ago my alternator died and had my vehicle towed to KLM, they quoted me a price that I felt was fair, and had my car repaired and back running the next morning. The turnaround was quicker than I anticipated. Much better than a dealership. Quality work, affordable prices and great turnaround is what you need in a good repair shop and KLM Auto has all of that. Won’t hesitate to do business with them again!

They had my car back running the next morning after I had it towed to their shop to repair the alternator and drive belt. I love how they text you your work authorization for you to electronically sign. No paperwork or signing papers. They have a quick turnaround from my experience and they are reputable and affordable! Will be bringing my high mileage Honda Civic here for all repairs as long as i have it.

I had a breakdown on I75 and autoclub towed me to KLM on a Friday afternoon. The team there was exceptional! Parts were not easily available and they kept me informed the entire time. The shop was full and the tech worked in the parking lot in the rain to get me out of there. Work was amazing and price very reasonable. I highly recommend KLM
