Brought my vehicle in on 12/30/2024. Louis has great customer service always, I've came here in the past. That's what made me return. The issue was addressed and fixed but wasn't wiped clean. Upon receiving my car, the gas was low, the heat, and mirror settings changed. Although minor, I called to inquire and was told it was taken for a car wash. Ok cool but please communicate before doing that. I do understand courtesy which is REALLY NICE, and I APPRECIATE it but I would've declined respectfully. I don't like when people start readjusting/touching things if it wasn't required for the service. I know some people don't mind. Thanks you guys are really nice.
