They had my car back running the next morning after I had it towed to their shop to repair the alternator and drive belt. I love how they text you your work authorization for you to electronically sign. No paperwork or signing papers. They have a quick turnaround from my experience and they are reputable and affordable! Will be bringing my high mileage Honda Civic here for all repairs as long as i have it.

I had a breakdown on I75 and autoclub towed me to KLM on a Friday afternoon. The team there was exceptional! Parts were not easily available and they kept me informed the entire time. The shop was full and the tech worked in the parking lot in the rain to get me out of there. Work was amazing and price very reasonable. I highly recommend KLM

The staff at KLM performed a pre-purchase inspection on a used car for me. They found several costly problems that were not found by the broker's technician during their inspection and it kept me from making an expensive mistake. Thank you KLM.
