As soon as my car does anything funny, I look up KLM because I'm not taking it anywhere else. They've saved me so much money. You get your updates on the phone and when you call them, they are unusually nice. They have the customer service that everybody remembers but cannot find anymore. The mechanics are magicians.

The staff here are all really friendly and respectful. They don’t push extra work on me for a quick buck and i appreciate the exterior clean every time I come through. I’ll keep coming back here.

I can't say enough good things about KLM Auto Center. I scheduled my appointment on-line. They diagnosed the problem with the suspension on my Hyundai Accent quickly and completed the repair the same day. I was kept informed of the progress via text throughout the process. I highly recommend this competent auto shop.

I would recommend these guys for sure! Everyone was so kind and offered communication about findings, work performed and cost at every turn. It was refreshing to not have to call and ask what was going on. My repair took longer than it should have because I couldn’t leave my car over night. They would do some work, then made sure I could drive it home and back the next day. It took 3 days, but I didn’t mind at all because they made the effort to work with my schedule. Who does that anymore? I was lucky enough to not be in a huge hurry. If I had to have it done ASAP, they would have. I felt as though they were completely honest (I’m not very trusting with mechanics) and they even washed the exterior of my car for me upon completion of the job. They are well worth the trip. I work in Marietta, but live in Jasper and I will be bringing my car to them for maintenance and repairs. Thanks guys! My car rides so well and I greatly appreciate you.
