I was very pleased with my experience here. I called in the morning to make an appointment and my repair was done by the end of the same day. The staff were kind and friendly, and the lobby area was a great place to work and be for the few hours I was there.

I went in for a simple synthetic oil change for my Jeep Wrangler Sahara, which has the 2.0L Turbo engine, a vehicle that specifically requires synthetic oil as stated in the manual. However, when I got my car back, I discovered that they had given me a conventional oil change instead. Not only did they fail to provide the service I requested, but they also left a dirty rag under the hood, which is completely unacceptable. I immediately went to another shop to get my system flushed and properly filled with synthetic oil. It's clear that KLM Auto's service has become both poor and questionable. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to be cautious if they are considering this place. Additionally: I didn't decide to go with the cheapest oil change as when I scheduled the appointment online I booked it for a full synthetic oil change. You tried to tell me that my vehicles takes conventional oil and you do a lot of jeeps in the area and that's what you give them which is complete BS and the reason I recorded our conversation. I have a nice vehicle and care about what I put in it which is why I immediately took it somewhere else. Money was never brought up so don't make it seem like I went with a conventional oil change because it was the cheapest option when that's not true.

Hey, sorry for the rags. We do apologize, we understand how you may feel about your experience. But we gave you an option on synthetic blend or full synthetic. Your vehicle takes a specific synthetic blend, we also inform you that yes, full synthetic is a better oil. But you decided to go with the least expensive oil change. Not sure why the confusion of not knowing what was going in your jeep or what we charge you whennyou was aware of the process..Thanks for your visit and review, we truly appreciate you for your feedback.
