I was very pleased with the service provided by KLM. My 2001 F150 SuperCrew (273, 400 miles) would not crank at all. As I did all I could, I had it towed to their location. Unfortunately, after Luis and three other mechanics examined it, they also were unable to get the proper diagnosis as the truck would not turn over. Needless to say, KLM could simply have told me my engine was blown and would need a new one. But they did not. They called and said no one could figure this out, and never once even suggested it. Of course, I could have opted for a new engine as a last resort but there was no guarantee it would start anyway. That said, I had it towed back home and was able to still use it as a down payment for a new pick up. If you’re looking for a reputable repair shop, why not give them a try?
