Our experience with KLM autocenter was great . Thank you KLM Auto Center for great service .We will definitely be going back here if we need another car.

In terms of customer service, this company scored well with me. However I don't feel like I should have been charged $35 to pump air in my car. It took them all of 5 minutes to do it. Dealerships never charge me to look at my car to determine the problem. I was also told that to fix my car, it would take 4 hrs because my bumper had to be removed. This was not true. My car was fixed for less, it took the tech 45 minutes to change the part and my bumper wasn't removed.

Best shop in south Cobb rd great people !! I have already took two of my cars there to get work on in they have the right prices in the right mechanics it was a great experience because they fix my cars and I will definitely come back when I have problems again with my cars I really recommend this shop to anybody that needs real work on cars everywhere I go it seems that people know the shop for they great work !! I went to the shop expecting integrity service. I made two request first, that my brakes be inspected because they were very granny. Second that my power stirring be inspected because my steering wheel makes a whining noise., I asked what both repairs would cost. me, they said they needs to look at the car first. Instead of providing me the cost for both repairs they performed a diagnostics that I did not request and gave me a list of other repairs in additional to what I did request, and charged me $73.00 for the diagnostics. They also told to some things were false such as: I needed 4 new tires ( I know for sure only my 2 front tires needed to be replaced. Next, they told me my back brakes were bad again this was false. I will never return to this shop and would not recommend others to visit their shop. They are a dishonest auto shop..
