Luis is the best. When I moved from Mableton to Marietta, I missed two things: my dry cleaners and Luis. Then Luis moved to Marietta and life got even better. Luis is a straight talker, and has often convinced me to not get repairs I thought I needed. He is sensitive to family budget needs, too.
