Great first time experience! It's always nerve wrecking to take your car to a mechanic (at least for me). I have dealt with a few dishonest mechanics in the past so I closed my eyes and crossed my fingers as I entered KLM. I was greeted by Billy and he took excellent care of me. The price was very reasonable and I was never harassed about any other issues. It was a quick turnaround time as well. Billy answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the work needed on my car. I HIGHLY recommend KLM and will ensure I share my experience with my friends and family. I chose KLM because of some review that I read. I normally don't trust all reviews, but I went with my gut feeling. These guys know what they are doing. They fix my son's malibu and it did not cost me and arm and a leg. I drive a bmw that I normally service at bmw. I'll be going to KLM from now on.
