The alternator went out on my 2007 Camry XLE. After calling around to several places, KLM had the best deal. So I decided to give them a try. After getting there, sadly my price was much higher due to my own fault, but I'm sure the other places would have still be even higher had I given them the correct information as well. Anyway, I was told it would take about 3 hours for my to be fixed. So I opted to wait there. Billy was very friendly and kept me updated as to the progress of my car. This was my first time using a regular mechanic and auto shop and not the dealership since I got it. And I must say I was very impressed. The professionalism and courtesy was above average. Billy even tried to save me money by offering to run diagnostics on the car to make sure it wasn't the alternator and was a simpler, cheaper problem. What auto shop tried to save you money???? How awesome was that Sadly, it was the alternator as I suspected. But so far so good with the car. It's running like brand new again. If I have any issues in the future, Billy assured me I could bring it back to be checked. I will definitely refer their services to anyone and will be back for my car repairs in the future.
