Trustworthy, friendly, amazing customer service and most importantly great service. Highly recommend. They won me over my first visit. They also have a shuttle that will take you wherever you need to go while your cars in the shop.

KLM performed a pre-purchase inspection on a used car for me. They did an excellent job and answered all of my questions. They very patiently explained a complex issue to a very non-mechically inclined person. I appreciated their professional courtesy and have nothing but words of praise for them.
